On March 22nd, at 1:00 p.m. C. J. Box, New York Times bestselling author of eleven novels including the Joe Pickett series, will be at the American Heritage Center in the Stock Growers’ Room debuting his newest novel, COLD WIND (a Joe Pickett novel). Box is a Wyoming native and has worked as a ranch hand, surveyor, fishing guide, and a small town newspaper reporter and editor. He co-owns an international tourism marketing firm with his wife, Laurie. An avid outdoorsman, Box has hunted, fished, hiked, ridden, and skied throughout Wyoming and the Mountain West. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo and currently lives in Wyoming. The American Heritage Center is the home of the C. J. Box papers.
